Terms & Conditions
- Competition for girls and boys will be held separately.
- Each entry must be supported by an age certificate from either of the following authorities: Head Master / Principal / Dept. A.M.C.
- A Cyclist cannot take part in a different age group other than his own age group.
- For Cyclist helmet is mandatory, without a helmet rider is not allowed in cycling competition.
- Road bike is not allowed for all boys and girls riders (10 – 21 years).
- Road bike is allowed only for open category (22 years above) participant.
- E-bike is not allowed for any age group and open category.
- Participant will have to submit age certificate (Aadhar card/Birth certificate) one day before event.
- Participant will have to bring cycle for BIB number allotment on 8th August, 2026 between 9:00 am to 5:00pm. Also He / She will have to submit declaration/waiver form.
- Judge’s decision will be final.
- The prizes will be given to FIRST THREE places according to their best timings.
- The protest fee is Rs.1000/-. Any objection by the competitor will have to be taken within 30 minutes after completion his/her individual event.
- The Organizing committee will not be responsible for any loss of life or injury to the participant or to the bike.
- The Organizing committee reserves right to make any changes in the program of events.
- Participants should report 30 Minutes before his individual event to avoid inconvenience to both the competitor & the technical committee.
- The last date for the online form submission is 31/07/2026 by 05.30 p.m. No entries will be accepted after the last date of submission, in any condition. No spot entry will be allowed.

- Entry fee will be accepted only in online mode.
Note - All participants must submit a physically signed waiver form, which will be distributed with the race kit prior to the event. For minors, the waiver must be signed by a parent or legal guardian.
नियम एवं शर्तें
- लड़कियों और लड़कों के लिए प्रतियोगिता अलग-अलग आयोजित की जाएगी।
- प्रत्येक प्रविष्टि निम्नलिखित में से किसी एक प्राधिकारी द्वारा जारी आयु प्रमाण-पत्र द्वारा समर्थित होनी चाहिए: प्रधानाचार्य / प्राचार्य / विभाग ए.एम.सी.
- कोई भी साइकिल चालक अपनी आयु वर्ग के अलावा किसी भिन्न आयु वर्ग में भाग नहीं ले सकता।
- साइकिल चालक के लिए हेलमेट अनिवार्य है। हेलमेट के बिना सवार को साइकिल प्रतियोगिता में भाग लेने की अनुमति नहीं होगी।
- सभी लड़कों और लड़कियों (१०-२१ वर्ष) के लिए रोड बाइक की अनुमति नहीं है।
- रोड बाइक की अनुमति केवल ओपन श्रेणी (२२ वर्ष से अधिक) के प्रतिभागियों के लिए है।
- ई-बाइक किसी भी आयु वर्ग और ओपन श्रेणी के लिए अनुमत नहीं है।
- प्रतिभागी को आयोजन से एक दिन पहले आयु प्रमाण-पत्र (आधार कार्ड / जन्म प्रमाण-पत्र) जमा करना होगा।
- प्रतिभागी को ८ अगस्त, २०२६ को सुबह ९:०० बजे से शाम ५:०० बजे के बीच बीआईबी नंबर आवंटन के लिए साइकिल लानी होगी। साथ ही उसे घोषणा/अस्वीकरण (वेवर) फॉर्म जमा करना होगा।
- निर्णायक का निर्णय अंतिम होगा।
- पुरस्कार उनके सर्वोत्तम समय के अनुसार प्रथम तीन स्थानों को दिए जाएंगे।
- विरोध शुल्क ₹१०००/- है। किसी भी प्रतियोगी द्वारा आपत्ति अपनी व्यक्तिगत स्पर्धा समाप्त होने के ३० मिनट के भीतर दर्ज करानी होगी।
- आयोजन समिति प्रतिभागी या साइकिल को हुई किसी भी जान-माल की हानि के लिए उत्तरदायी नहीं होगी।
- आयोजन समिति कार्यक्रम में कोई भी परिवर्तन करने का अधिकार सुरक्षित रखती है।
- प्रतिभागियों को अपनी व्यक्तिगत स्पर्धा से ३० मिनट पहले रिपोर्ट करना चाहिए, ताकि प्रतियोगी और तकनीकी समिति दोनों को किसी प्रकार की असुविधा न हो।
- ऑनलाइन फॉर्म जमा करने की अंतिम तिथि ३१/०७/२०२६, शाम ५:३० बजे तक है। अंतिम तिथि के बाद किसी भी स्थिति में कोई प्रविष्टि स्वीकार नहीं की जाएगी। स्पॉट एंट्री की कोई अनुमति नहीं होगी।

नोट - सभी प्रतिभागियों को शारीरिक रूप से हस्ताक्षरित अस्वीकरण (वेवर) फॉर्म जमा करना होगा, जो आयोजन से पहले रेस किट के साथ वितरित किया जाएगा। नाबालिगों के लिए, अस्वीकरण फॉर्म पर माता-पिता या कानूनी अभिभावक के हस्ताक्षर होने चाहिए।
